15. 7 Things I'm doing to decrease mental chaos and get my brain back
I was discussing with friends the other day about how the last two years have felt like such a blur and sometimes it feels like it’s hard to "get our brains back" after everything. Life feels a bit chaotic and hard to keep up. Time is moving faster and faster and it seems like everyone is exhausted.
Last week I talked to Lindsay Brown about burnout...this week i thought we could touch on some ideas for anyone that’s maybe not looking for a drastic life change but does feel that need to get your brain back and feel like you can think again. I won’t say i’ve mastered this yet and i’m definitely still in the middle of it but I do feel like i’ve at least regained the energy and momentum needed to work on it at all, compared to a while ago when I felt like I didn't even know where to start.
So today I wanted to share 7 things I’m doing to get my brain back and decrease some of that back of mind chaos.
