Molly Burke Apartment Design

I realized this week that I shared Molly Burke’s apartment design on YouTube, but never here on the blog! Molly wanted something that felt really feminine and mixed a fun colorful (pink) vibe with higher end luxury pieces. We finished this project about a year ago, and had so much fun working with some of my favorite companies:

My friend Jessica custom made this amazing tactile artwork for Molly so that she could feel the shape of her guide dog, Gallop. His fur is made with pieces of velvet, little glue dots outline his body, and the rest is covered in sequins and glitter.

This removable wallpaper worked great! Molly actually has moved to a new apartment since this one, and she said the wallpaper came off perfectly without damaging the wall. Molly loves bees and her fans are called “bees” so we thought this was a perfect tie-in.
