Here are some of the baby purchases I have used and loved in this first month with baby! I will try to keep updating this post as I try more things!
I had some extra fabric and stuffing leftover from the Number Pillows so decided to make this experimental stegosaurus.
These would be so fun for a holiday crafty night or to add to a gift to personalize it a bit more. And they’re so easy!
One of my favorite crafts for baby yet! These stuffed number pillows will work for monthly milestones or just kids’ toy to learn numbers and colors when they’re older!
Keeping an ongoing list as I watch Hallmark Christmas movies and giving my rating of each one!
I wanted to share some of my ideas that I’ve gathered over the years of hosting for what in my opinion makes a party truly memorable when you’re working with a tighter budget.
Chatting about my nursery design, nesting rage, transitioning into being a stay at home mom, and the pregnancy glucose test
Reviewing last year’s trend predictions and making new ones for 2024 in categories of home, style, and social media
I received almost 50 responses and found it such a helpful discussion! I wanted to share the biggest takeaways and what I plan to do for myself.
My doctor told me that 1 in 3 women (1 in 3 pregnancies?) experience miscarriage. She told me in order to reassure me that it was not my fault, and there’s nothing I could have done to prevent one of my biggest fears coming true.
WELCOME TO
REALLY PRETTY GOOD

A PLACE FOR all things aesthetics & wellness, because studies show really pretty things are good for you.

I recently found out there is an actual term for people like me in Psychology: I’m what they call a “Highly Sensitive Person.” I’m highly affected by sensory experiences whether it’s the alarmingly bright lights in a grocery store (the worst!) or a beautiful soft breeze on my face (amazing), or a perfectly curated charcuterie board at a Friends Thanksgiving (ahhh, how lovely).
Growing up I struggled a lot with anxiety and I hated how sensitive I was, but I’ve learned in my adult years that though sensitivity can be a nuisance, it is actually one of my best traits! I now spend my life trying to create positive sensory experiences for others and myself through crafting, decorating and wellness activities (like fitness and clean beauty routines).
Studies show aesthetics have such an impact for good on our society as a whole and on our individual levels of productivity, health, and joy... in other words: really pretty things are good for you.
I thought I would share a full breakdown of my pumps and how I use each of them
